This is just unacceptable. What the weatherman is doing is just passive resistance against an employer who is maltreating him. And P-Noy still expects them to report to their hazardous jobs? Pay them properly first Mr. President and they will do their jobs - typhoon or no typhoon! The article even states that they actually just need around 6K per employee - just a drop in the bucket compared to what PNoy must be giving to congressmen or senators to force them to vote for the laws he wants passed.
