Quezon Avenue- Araneta Avenue Underpass to be Finally Opened This Coming Week

Like many who live near the Quezon Avenue - Araneta Avenue intersection, I have avoided this area for more than a year now because of the terrible traffic the construction has caused.  We usually pass through E. Rodriguez Avenue now to go to Quiapo and I take the Pandacan flyover to go to MOA and the Cultural Center.  

However, that place is closed after ten pm so it's great that the Quezon Avenue underpass is finished already and is set to be inaugurated this coming week!  This could cut out travel time to Divisoria - but unfortunately, Tutuban Mall also burned down a few weeks ago - so I don't know where to park anymore?
